Sally joined Ellie's Angels as our first Patron in January 2024.

You will all know and recognize Sally from her amazing athletic achievements and to this day Sally remains the only woman to hold the World, Olympic, European and Commonwealth Gold Medals at the same time. Since retiring from international athletics, Sally developed new career paths as a television presenter, keynote speaker and wellbeing advocate.

Ellie's Angels reached out to Sally to introduce our charity and our free ground-breaking mental health app - better u.

We looked at our long-term goals and aspirations and discussed where we felt Sally could help mold the vision and challenge our team of Youth Mental Health Ambassadors, Trustees and Directors to achieve these. Sally was immediately taken by the achievements of our young people and their subsequent success with better u.

Sally was pleased to accept the invitation to become our Patron and supports Ellie's Angels to develop, and through our app better u, support the mental health of young people.
